I. General terms

By commissioning me you are agreeing with all the terms of service in this page.

•Please write in a clear and mannered way. Don't abbreviate or use slang words.

•Please provide a decent reference sheet of your character. Other arts are fine too, as long I can see clearly the character and all it's aspects needed to draw.

•I reserve the right to decline a commission order for any reason.

•Prices can chance at any time, but you won't be charged more if you already commissioned and paid me.

•I'll draw: Humans, Ponies, Anthros, Furries, Ferals, Dragons and other Creatures, Fanart, Robots.

•I won't draw: NSFW (Violence, discrimination, gore, sexual content, fetich, politics, religion, hate propagation)

II. Payment & Refund

•Payment must be provided upfront.

•I accept USD.

•I accept payment through Paypal.

•Do not pay before I confirm your order, I'll not refund and take it as a donation.

•Payments are expected within 24 hours. Past the time, the order will be cancelled.

•Refunds will only be accepted if I haven't started your commission or if I'm unable to complete it for any reasons.

III. Commission Process

•To commission me you, fill up the form in the end of commission tab. Or contact me by Twitter, Instagram or Discord (Mono#2233).

•I'll start after the payment is received.

•You can always ask for wips (work in progress images) at any time.

•Finishing time can variate to a few day to 3 months.

•Once the commission is complete I'll send you a png file(s) by email.

•I can make small changes after the completion, but only if it was my mistake and forgot something.

VI. Copyright & Usage

•All my artwork are copyrighted by me. You may not steal, copy, edit, redistribuit, claim or trace my artwork in any means.

•You may use commissioned artwork for personal use only.

•You may share/repost commissioned artwork as long it is properly credited (my social medias, website or name)

•You may not use commissioned artwork for commercial purpose or profit over it. (Resell, Print and Merchandise it)

•I reserve the right to post commissioned artwork wherever I please.

•I reserve the right to use commissioned artwork in my page and portfolio.

Disclaimers

•In case of violations to this Terms of Service Agreement, any rights to the commissioner will be retracted and the user will be denied in any further orders.

•Save your commission, I'm not responsible of providing you again with the artwork in case of lost.
